Suspension Clamps
Used to fix conductors to suspension insulator strings on straight-line towers, or to suspend lightning conductors on non-straight-line towers, allowing the conductors to hang freely vertically during normal operation. Common types include center-rotating, dangling, and top-mounted types.
Tension Clamps
Primarily used to fix conductors or lightning conductors to tension insulator strings on non-straight-line towers, providing anchoring and bearing the full tension of the conductor or lightning conductor. Various types are available, including bolt-type, compression-type, and wedge-type.
Connecting Hardware Clamps
Used to connect suspension clamps, tension clamps, etc., to insulator strings or other hardware, ensuring reliable connections between power line components. Examples include ball-head hangers and cup-head hangers.
Splicing Clamps
Used to connect two conductor segments into a continuous unit to ensure uninterrupted current flow. Types include hydraulic, burst-pressure, and bolt-type.
T-type clamps
Used for T-shaped branch connections of conductors, allowing a main line to branch into one or more branches. Common types include bolt-type T-type clamps and compression-type T-type clamps.
